What is raw denim and how should I care for it?
Raw denim is unwashed fabric that breaks in uniquely to your body. We recommend wearing your jeans for at least six months before the first wash to achieve high-contrast fades. When washing, use cold water and hang dry to prevent shrinkage.
Do you offer a hemming service for jeans?
Yes, we provide a specialist chain-stitch hemming service using our vintage Union Special machines. This service is complimentary for any full-price jeans purchased from us, ensuring your denim maintains its authentic heritage finish.
How long will my international order take to arrive?
We ship globally via express couriers. Most international orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Please note that customs duties and taxes may be applied by your local authorities upon arrival.
What is your return policy for online orders?
You can return any unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that items that have been custom-hemmed are non-returnable.

Japanese and heritage sizing can vary significantly between brands. We provide detailed measurement charts for every garment. We recommend measuring a similar item you already own and comparing it to our specs for the most accurate fit.
